My Mom was baptized Catholic as a child, Johanna Maria was the name they christened her with, and so today being Ash Wednesday, is a day she’ll most likely find her way to the Cathedral for the cross of ash to be placed on her forehead. We don’t need to get religious here today, but we’re going to use ash as our theme.
