Folks, back again for another unreleased poem in the endless saga that seems to be the Typewriter Series these days. That’s right, Typewriter Series #3085, and this one as another custom poem written for a wonderful woman named Kelly.
I absolutely adore writing custom poetry for people, something I never thought I’d like. Sarah implored me to offer it as a service to people during Covid, with all that time our our hands and no money in our bank, and while they really do take it out of me, they are special, each and every one, and I’ve fallen in love with hearing your stories, your wishes, loves, sorrows, or whatever else, and turning them into poetry. It’s like Rumplestiltskin, except for you’re not giving me straw, and I’m not sure it’s gold. More like you give me random notes, and I give you poetry. Maybe, just maybe, it’s gold though?
I’m still writing these custom poems, but no one has ordered for a bit, so if you want one, here’s a button to get the ball rolling!
Anyway, after the break is the poem, for all you who have joined the community, first crack at a brand new one. For those who haven’t, eventually these unlock and will be shared to all, but I love offering this as a fun little perk to help keep the lights on.
