1. How To Feel Better Naked - Feeling like stripping it all off because who f’ing cares after all the bad news this week? Join the party. This article has some ways to help you feel better whilst doing that. Rad.

2. Why Changing Your Mind Is A Feature, Not A Bug - Great news for all you who are fans of changing your mind, or making it up in the first place, turns out, it’s a huge benefit, not a huge hindrance, to being human. Great read.

3. Dad Jokes - 139 of em, to be precise. These are terrible, horrible, and just a lot of fun hahaha. Use them if you’re gonna be around family and friends over this weekend. See how they go over.

4. Extreme Sitting - The newest sport from the fittest people, Extreme Sitting. This is something I can absolutely get behind. Pun intended. In fact, Sarah and I are experts at this on our deck. We’re basically 90 years old.

5. The Beatles - Get Back - Been watching this lately, and I’m not even a big Beatles fan, but man, it’s rad seeing the wheels in their heads spin as they work through and rough draft some of the most famous songs of all time. Worth a watch.

6. Hocus Pocus 2 - Yeah, you heard right. The Sanderson Sisters are back and I can’t f’ing wait. Halloween is the very best, Sarah and I have even visited the filming locations of the original, and I’m psyched for this.

7. Caves by Gregory Alan Isakov - Cause I love him, and he loves me, and dammit this song rocks.
