1. Happiest Cities In America - Did your city make the list? Mine didn’t, though two cities in my state did. Which I suppose isn’t too bad since we’re such a tiny population zone. Still, if you’re looking for more happiness in YOUR life, and who isn’t, maybe scan the list, see if a move is in store? Why not, life’s short, stop being miserable where you are.

2. How To Sincerely Apologize - I’ve long thought a huge way to be happier, is to be better at forgiveness, and be better at asking for that forgiveness. We carry such weight not doing so, and why? This article is a great reminder about this, and how to be better At it. Give it a read.

3. Tell Them You’re Proud - Today’s Matchbook seems to have a theme, and that theme is how to be better at our lives, and not-so-oddly, most of those ways involve actually looking Out more than In.
