2. Wednesday - Been digging the hell out of Wednesday on Netflix. First, she’s absolutely on the spectrum (takes one to know one) and B) She’s a badass that truly doesn’t care what people think, and I relate to hard to the not caring what people think part, and it’s so refreshing to see a female character like this, never pandering to the usual tropes and thoughts of what they should be. Love it.

3. Benefits of Sleeping Naked - I think I’ve posted something similar, but here we go again, more proof that the less you sleep in, the better off you are. Worth a read.
