The imagery of the wobbly scooters and the ropes and the scattered debris. Oh how these weekly messages inspire and ignite the flames of imagination and hope all while feeling like a warm hand on my shoulder. Grateful every week for the light you so beautifully shine and grateful that in hearing this the debris behind me feels like grows and the load I carry is lighter. 💗
I was told once that my unforgiveness towards another was like holding a poison that was for them to ingest but in the meantime my possession of such poison was killing me instead...
Forgiveness still did not come swiftly...but thru much wrestling and sleepless nights and tears and anger and _________ (fill in the blank)...but it did come - unilaterally...and I was able to free myself from the damage I was inflicting on them and on myself.
Buddha also referred to anger towards someone as grasping a hot coal with the intent on throwing it at someone else...only you get burned. Beautiful addition here Adam. Thank you, as always.
Forgiveness is helium...what an incredible grouping of words to perfectly capture the sentiment. Love. ❤️🙌
It means more than you know that this resonated...this was a hard one to write, but meant so much to be written.

Thank you. You have no idea how that helped.

Forgiving ourselves as well, for our sins of commission and omission.
