Moments come and moments pass where we find ourselves lower than we thought possible, when we break down and swear we’re in pieces, swear we’ll never be whole again. Sometimes, only we know this is occurring, only we know how far we’ve fallen. This, precisely this, is why we must always assume that all we meet are fighting their own battles, trying their best to stay afloat. Compassion, empathy, tenderness, we must give them freely, we must hold them as the most valuable of things.

If you can think of anyone that’d love this newsletter, I’d love if you send them to the signup page. The more the merrier, I love the community we’re building.
I always lived by the quote “brighten someone’s day even if you can’t brighten your own”. It is true you never know what someone else is going through or what a small thing can do for someone’s day, even life. I’m learning to accept to let go of those whom KNOW you’re struggling but still remain unkind. Learning to not let the darkness and those who cast the shadows win. Love is support. Thanks for loving all of us.
This is so timely - many of your writings are. Yesterday I was in a low place, and struggled to paste a smile on my face for the world to see. Life has brought me some bittersweet moments, and working through the unpacking and processing is taking me a bit, making me hypersensitive to things I would ordinarily brush off. As always, thank you. ❤
