With strong kudos to Toni Braxton and her sexy 1966 R&B song of the title “Let it flow”, I am more personally drawn to the introspective 1977 Dave Mason pop song ‘Let it go Let it Flow’:

“Let it go, let it go, let it flow like a river

Let it go, let it go, let it flow through you

Let it go, let it go, let it flow like a river

Let it go, let it go, let it flow through you…”

My thanks to you for bringing back the memories with your lyrical verse…

“And down through the red pine

And a carpet of red needle”…

“All things flow to the sea”

It’s a good one!

Wowsers.

"A promise given too early".

Maybe our hearts fling themselves with optimism, and the firm belief that if you want something to work? You swing for the fences & ambit claim.

There's beauty in showing up, and consistent consistency.

Thanks to you & Lady G for embodying both.

I always swing for the fences. Always. Thank YOU for being here, as usual.

Love this! It speaks of friendship, and the poem about them lasting for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. We put it all out there, sometimes showing our hand too early hoping for the best. Sometimes we find a friend for a particular reason, they show up for a season of our lives to get us through that chapter, or the rare ones that match your own level of weird and they're in it for the whole ride...all the way to the sea.
