I don’t get the whole Tumblr directory thing or how it works. I don’t think I’m in there, and if I am, I have no clue what category I ever show up in. It just seems odd that there are so many “recommended” blogs that are recommended by the people who run them, multiple times sometimes? Weird, I just don’t get it…anyone?

when i was new to tumblr…it helped me get started on finding blogs i would like. of course now, i find blogs i like thru the blogs i follow

Not a fan of the directory either. Better ways to find blogs to follow, the directory pages are ugly, quality and crap coexist.
